Health officials in
Canada are warning men who may have purchased Vigorect Oral Gel Shooter, a product marketed as a “male enhancement drug” that it could be dangerous. The product contains an undeclared medication, tadalafil, which can only be purchased by prescription. Tadalafil can cause serious side effects including heart attack and other cardiac related episodes, especially if men taking it have a previous medical history of those cardiac disorders.
Some studies have indicated that men who took tadalafil with fluoxetine have seen premature ejaculation ( PE ) improve, although those results have not been fully investigated. Vigorect Oral Gel Shooter is not an approved product in
Canada and men are urged to contact health officials to get more information about this warning.
