Clomipramine could be an effective on demand treatment for PE

Updated Dec 21, 2007 at 3:9 EST.

There are all kinds of ways men across the globe are try to solve their premature ejaculation problems.   Men are using topical creams such as ss cream.   Men are taking “off label”   SSRI medications such as Dapoxetine ( Prilogy ™ )   and using all kinds of other natural alternative treatments to fight this common problem which effects between 20% -40% of adult males.   Marcel D. Waldinger, a doctor and well known expert on Urological conditions wrote his opinions on the medication Clomipramine, in his recent article in the November 2007 issue of the Urologic Clinics of North America.

A 20mg to 40mg dose of Clomipramine can successfully delay ejaculation if taken 3 to 5 hours before intercourse.   The problem with this treatment, explains Waldinger is that it may make the patient sick to their stomach with nausea the day of intake or the day after.
