Marcel D. Waldinger, a doctor and well known expert on Urological conditions wrote his opinions on the medication Clomipramine, in his recent article in the November 2007 issue of the Urologic Clinics of North America.
A 20mg to 40mg dose of Clomipramine can successfully delay ejaculation if taken 3 to 5 hours before intercourse.
The problem with this treatment, explains Waldinger is that it may make the patient sick to their stomach with nausea the day of intake or the day after.
