In an April 2007 epublication of the Journal of Sexual Medicine, SR Hosseini, MH Khazaeli, and D Atharikia examined if the mucosal cuff length after circumcision affects premature ejaculation ( PE ). Previous studies have indicated that leaving too much mucosal cuff can influence premature ejaculation ( PE ).
The study’s participants were 84 men, 42 with premature ejaculation ( PE ) 42 normal men. A variety of factors were controlled including intravaginal ejaculatory latency time ( IELT ), smoking, education, age, timing of ejaculation, penile length and penile skin. After controlling for each of these factors, researchers discovered that the amount of mucosal cuff length after circumcision was not considered a factor in premature ejaculation.
