How does one know if their premature ejaculation would be characterized as lifelong? In the November edition of the Urologic Clinics of North America, Marcel D Waldinger explores this grouping and identifies its components.
If ejaculation always occurs too soon during sexual activity and it happens with nearly every partner, this is one sign of lifelong ( PE ).
Also, if these symptoms have been occurring since the first initial sexual encounter of the patient, this is another good indication.
If sexual duration is lasting between 30 to 60 seconds 80% of the time or 1 and 2 minutes 20% of the time, this is also a sign of premature ejaculation.
Some men ejaculate during foreplay, even before penetration occurs.
Waldinger writes that there is no noteworthy proof that that lifelong ( PE ) can be cured and he considers it a chronic sexual dysfunction.
