MSHQE measures the effects of premature ejaculation treatments

Updated Dec 31, 2007 at 0:26 EST.

With so many premature ejaculation treatments going through clinical trails such as Dapoxetine ( Prilogy ™ ), ss cream and many others, medical experts are using many different tools to measure these treatments  levels of efficacy.   Stanley A. Althof reviews some of these devices in his recent article in November 2007 issue of the Urologic Clinics of North America.

The Male Sexual Health Questionnaire-Ejaculation (abbreviated solely by pehomepage.com as MSHQE) is a newly developed tool with four items included for assessing treatment effectiveness.   There are three to assess function-force, volume and frequency of ejaculation and a force to assess bother.  Althof writes that there is not enough psychometric data written about this tool to validate its capabilities.
