A British pharmaceutical company is making great strides in developing inhalable forms of medication for conditions like premature ejaculation ( PE ) and erectile dysfunction. Their most recent product, VR004, is aimed at treating erectile dysfunction, and the company claims it produces results in 60 seconds vs. the hour it generally takes for pills to work. Another medication, VR776, is in development for premature ejaculation ( PE ). The inhaled form of Viagra is administered as a dry powder and is readily absorbed into the lungs without staying “trapped” in the throat.
Inhaled medications could provide the almost instantaneous effect men have been seeking in drugs to treat sexual conditions. Many studies have indicated that men with premature ejaculation ( PE ) prefer medications that have a rapid onset and require as needed dosing. VR004 passed its second set of clinical trials and continues to advance in the development stages. No word is available on when VR776 is ready for additional testing and possible sale.
