Over 50% of males in America undergo circumcision every year and the editors of The Journal of Men’s Health and Gender believe that premature ejaculation is a significant after effect of this surgery.
Most of the nerves in the tip of the penis are concentrated in the corona.
During sexual intercourse the foreskin slides along the tip of the penis.
The foreskin protects the corona from direct stimulation during intercourse.
When a male is circumcised, he loses this protection and his corona receives direct stimulation.
This kind of direct stimulation can cause the nerves of the corona to become hyper stimulated.
The effect of this can lead to rapid, premature ejaculation.
This debate about circumcision and its effects has been going on for years.
