Reviewing topical premature ejaculation treatments

When trying to treat premature ejaculation ( PE ), there are many options out there for patients that may work effectively.   From off-label daily dosage pharmaceutical drugs, to psychological treatments, to exercise, to on demand medications including topical treatments; there is a lot to choose from.   Morales A . conducted a review recently of topical treatments for premature ejaculation in the September 2007 publication of the B ritish Journal of Urology.

Topical treatments were recognized as having the potential to be the ideal PE treatment. Moreles A. focused on some of the leading treatments being prescribed to patients.   TEMPE spray, a topical spray containing lidocaine and prilocaine was mentioned.   SS Cream an alternative treatment was recognized for its natural results and another crème containing the local anaesthetic dylonine, with alprostadil was mentioned as being in the early stages of development.
