There is no universally excepted definition of it and no medication which is approved to treat it by the Food and Drug administration.
There is some medication which is on its way to approval such as Dapoxetine ( Prilogy ™ ).
This drug has been developed and marketed by Johnson and Johnson has proven to be effective to treat premature ejaculation in many clinical trials.
